I haven't done any exercise for a while. Will I be able to take part?

Absolutely! Our instructors are qualified and bring years of experience to every class. We know that just showing up can be the toughest step, but once you're here, we'll take care of the rest. Need modifications? No problem. We'll tailor the workout to your needs, and you'll never feel singled out. Come join us and let's achieve your fitness goals together!

Do I need any prior experience to join your classes?

No prior experience is required. Our classes are suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experts. Our instructors provide personalised guidance to help you progress at your own pace.

What should I wear to my first class?

For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. Leggings, shorts, vests and t shirts are suitable. You need to wear suitable trainers that are safe to train in.

How do I sign up for a pass or schedule a class?

You can sign up for a free class through our website's form. Once the form is complete we will send you and email and text with your code and a link to book.

Can I bring my children to class?

We understand it's hard to train when you have children, which is why we allow you to bring children and we have a dedicated area for them to sit whilst you train. We do allow children to train and we have a discounted price, the minimum age is 10 up to age 15. 16 year olds are classed as adults

Is there parking?

Morrison is opposite us and has a car park. There are time restrictions of free parking with a maximum duration of 3 hours. This could change in future so please check signs. The users of this car park do so at their own risk. We will not accept liability for any accidents damage or loss incurred.
